Job summary

FeldCare Connects, an app-based therapy network, seeks a self-motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver quality home health care to patients of all ages in Rancho Cordova, CA. This is an Independent Contractor role serving the local area.

Responsibilities include following the treatment plan, improving activities of daily living, and coordinating with the health care team. Licensure and an OTA program graduate are required, with bilingual ability a plus.

Responsibilities
