Walmart stores are seeking an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside our locations to lead patient eye and vision care, with autonomy over practice setup and daily operations.

As a lease holder, you will set your days and hours, manage your patient schedule, and keep 100% of exam and professional fees, with optional support services if state allows.

Minimum qualifications include Doctor of Optometry, valid state optometry license, and the ability to operate in Woodland, CA.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school is required.
• Valid state optometry license is required.
• Ophthalmologist (MD/DO) from an accredited school is required.
• Valid state ophthalmology license is required.
• General Liability Certificate is required.
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate is required.
• W-9 is required.

Responsibilities

• Independent lease holder with autonomy over practice operations.
• Establish your days of practice and hours of operation.
• Control your patient schedule and set your fee schedule.
• Keep 100% of exam/professional fees.
