Walmart is seeking an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside Walmart stores to lead patient care in eye and vision health, aligned with overall wellbeing.

As a lease holder you will define your practice days, hours, patient schedule, and fee structure, and you will retain 100% of exam and professional fees, with optional equipment and support services if allowed by state regulations.

Formación

• Doctor of Optometry OD from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license.
• Ophthalmologist MD or DO from an accredited school.
• Valid state ophthalmology license.
• General Liability Certificate.
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in patient care with respect to eye and vision care and general health.
• Establish your days of practice and hours of operation.
• Control your patient schedule and set your fee schedule.
• Keep 100% of exam and professional fees.
