Job summary

R3 Continuum, LLC is seeking diverse behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support in Birmingham and surrounding areas in Alabama. You will assist organizations and employees affected by workplace disruptions, working on a contract basis with flexible scheduling and easy reporting via a mobile app.

Qualified candidates must hold an Alabama license (LPC, MFT, LCSW, or Psychologist) and a master's degree in mental health, with malpractice coverage and training willingness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health required.
• Independently licensed in the State of Alabama (LPC, MFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000 required.
• Willing to complete R3C's DEM crisis response training or CIR training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by a disruptive workplace event.
• Support community and local businesses by expanding the network in Birmingham and surrounding areas in Alabama.
