Qualifications

• Licensed in the State of Alabama (LPC, MFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
• Master's degree in mental health or related field
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
• Willing to complete R3C's crisis response training or provide CIR training proof

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees following disruptive workplace events
• Operate as an independent consultant within Birmingham and surrounding areas
