Job summary

R3 Continuum is seeking diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals to expand our network in Anchorage and surrounding areas in Alaska. You would be providing on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.

As an independent consultant, you will benefit from flexible scheduling, access to our training, and simple reporting via our mobile app.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health is required.
• Independent licensure in Alaska (LPC, MFT, LCSW, or Psychologist) is required.
• Malpractice insurance of $1,000,000 / $3,000,000 is required.
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or provide proof of CIR training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event in Anchorage and surrounding areas.
