Job summary

R3 Continuum is looking for compassionate behavioral health professionals in Montgomery, Alabama to provide on-site crisis support to organizations facing disruptive events. As an independent consultant, you will have a flexible schedule and comprehensive training.

To qualify, you must be independently licensed in Alabama, hold a master's degree in mental health, and maintain malpractice insurance. R3 will provide required training at no cost.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in the State of Alabama (LPC, MFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C's DEM crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees.
• Support local businesses and the community after disruptive workplace events.
