Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Nurse Practitioners to partner as independent contractors delivering health readiness services to military service members in Washington state, primarily on weekends with occasional weekday work under the Reserve Health Readiness Program.

You will support physical health assessments, review medical history and records, interview personnel, and document results in our proprietary system.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in the state of Washington.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview service members to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns including behavioral health and document results.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the medical record.
