Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage seeks self-motivated Mortgage Loan Officers to build their own business remotely on a P&L basis under our umbrella. This opportunity offers uncapped commissions, loan products for all borrower types, and the ability to add additional LOs to your team or operate as an individual LO.

Licensed in 28 states and growing, you will receive administrative, operational and compliance support from Corporate, helping you focus on referrals and closing loans.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license is required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, financial planners, etc.
• Maintain a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• Close 3–5 loans per month.
• Operate as an independent LO under Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella with corporate support.
