NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) is seeking an experienced Mortgage Inspector to join our Cadillac, MI team. You will conduct residential inspections to verify occupancy status and deliver delinquency letters, working independently as a contractor.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in inspections preferred.
• Background check required to obtain Aspen Grove number.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsabilités

• Conduct residential property inspections to ensure occupancy status and document findings.
