Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections for mortgage companies across New Mexico. This 1099 contract role offers a flexible schedule and a flat rate per inspection, with earnings typically $20+ per hour depending on volume.

No licensing required, on-road work with your own vehicle. You will inspect occupancy status, photograph properties, and complete reports via a mobile app while coordinating with the Inspection Relations

Qualifications

• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Good communication with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.
• Ability to work independently with self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using InspectorADE on a mobile device.
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.
