Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. seeks reliable Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections for mortgage companies. This 1099 contract role offers flexible schedules and the chance to work independently in your territory in New Jersey.

Inspectors assess occupancy, photograph conditions, and complete reports via InspectorADE. Must have a valid license, a reliable vehicle, smartphone, and a computer with internet access.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with auto insurance to travel in territory.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android).
• Computer with internet access.
• Printer and basic office supplies.
• Ability to obtain Shield ID (GIS onboarding).
• HUD/InspectorKeys may be provided after onboarding.
• Voltstick and Selfie stick may be used as needed.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using a mobile app (InspectorADE).
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.
