Job summary

NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) seeks an experienced Mortgage Field Inspector to join our Wellsburg, WV team. You will conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status, document findings, and deliver required reports with accuracy.

As a contractor, you will set your own schedule, travel to properties, and work independently to meet timelines and performance metrics. Background checks and proper licensing are required as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and pass a background check.
• 6+ months in inspections or as a 1099 contractor preferred.
• US citizen or lawful permanent resident (Green Card).
• Experience with mortgage inspections and Aspen Grove number background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to ensure occupancy status, deliver delinquency letters and conduct insurance inspections.
• Utilize inspection software and tools to document and report findings
• Take photos of properties and deliver documents as needed
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics
• Communicate with account manager in a professional manner
• Keep up to date with industry regulations and guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections
• Maintain professionalism at all times.
• Travel to various properties in Wellsburg, WV and surrounding counties.
