Job summary

Northern Ohio Field Services (NOFS) is seeking an experienced Mortgage Inspector to join our growing team in Vevay, IN. As a Mortgage Inspector, you will conduct inspections on residential properties to verify occupancy status and report findings, working independently as a contractor.

Responsibilities include documenting inspections with software, taking property photos, and delivering delinquency letters.

Qualifications

• 6 months in inspections field or working as a 1099 employee.
• Experience with InspectorADE.
• Effective communication.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Willing to obtain Shieldhub/ABC background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to ensure occupancy status, deliver delinquency letters, conduct insurance inspections.
• Utilize inspection software and tools to document and report findings.
• Take photos of properties and deliver documents as needed.
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics.
• Communicate with account manager professionally.
• Keep up to date with industry regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections.
• Maintain professionalism at all times.
• Travel to various properties in Vevay, IN and surrounding counties.
