Qualifications

• US Citizen or Green Card holder; background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status.
• Take photos of properties and document findings with inspection software.
• Deliver delinquency letters and coordinate with account manager.
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics.
• Travel to properties in Van Wert, OH and surrounding counties as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections.
