Job summary

Northern Ohio Field Services Inc in Bellefontaine, OH seeks an experienced Mortgage Inspector to join our team as a contractor. You will conduct residential inspections to confirm occupancy status, using specialized software and tools, and capture photos as needed.

As a contractor, you set your own schedule and work autonomously, earning between $25 and $35 per hour depending on location and volume. 6 months’ field experience preferred, with travel to surrounding counties possible.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to travel to multiple properties.
• Experience performing default mortgage inspections is preferred.
• Familiarity with InspectorADE is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with account managers and clients.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• US citizenship or permanent residency status required.
• Willingness to obtain required background checks (Shieldhub/ABC).

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status and deliver delinquency letters.
• Utilize inspection software to document findings and generate reports.
• Take photographs of properties and submit required documents.
• Meet designated timelines and performance metrics.
• Communicate professionally with the account manager.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and stay compliant with regulations.
• Travel to Bellefontaine, OH and nearby counties as needed.
