Qualifications

• Experience in Default Mortgage Inspections.
• Experience with InspectorADE.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Willing to obtain Shieldhub/ABC background check.
• Prefer 6 months in inspections or as a 1099 employee.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status and deliver delinquency letters.
• Use inspection software to document findings and report results.
• Take photos and deliver documents as needed.
• Meet designated timelines and performance metrics.
• Communicate with account manager professionally.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and guidelines.

• Travel to Woodsfield, OH and surrounding counties as required.
