Job summary

NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) is seeking an experienced Mortgage Inspector in Upper Sandusky, OH. You will independently inspect residential properties to confirm occupancy status, document findings, and communicate with the account manager.

The role is contractor-based; you can set your own schedule and work autonomously. Prior inspection experience and a valid driver’s license are recommended, along with the ability to travel as required.

Qualifications

• 6 months in inspections or 1099 work preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid license.
• Experience with InspectorADE is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
• US citizen or Green Card holder; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status.
• Deliver delinquency letters and perform insurance inspections.
• Document findings using inspection software; take photos as needed.
• Complete inspections within timelines and meet metrics.
• Communicate professionally with account managers; maintain records.
• Travel to Upper Sandusky, OH and surrounding counties as needed.
