Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform occupancy inspections for mortgage companies across Tennessee. This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules with weekly pay.

Inspectors travel locally within their assigned counties, complete reports via a mobile app (InspectorADE), and operate independently in their territory. No licensing is required, but a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable vehicle with auto insurance.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android) and a computer with internet access.
• Ability to obtain Shield ID and HUD/Inspector Keys via GIS links.
• Strong time management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using InspectorADE.
• Communicate with Inspection Relations Coordinator.
