Inspectors travel locally within their assigned counties, complete reports via a mobile app (InspectorADE), and operate independently in their territory. No licensing is required, but a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Smartphone (iPhone or Android) and a computer with internet access.
• Ability to obtain Shield ID and HUD/Inspector Keys via GIS links.
• Strong time management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

This contract position performs mortgage field inspections in assigned counties throughoutTN. Inspectors are not required to cover the entire state. Coverage areas will be determined based on your location and availability.
