Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 6 months of inspections experience preferred.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Must pass background check to obtain Aspen Grove number.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to confirm occupancy status.
• Use inspection software to document and report findings.
• Take photos and deliver documents as needed.
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics.
• Communicate with account manager in a professional manner.
• Keep up to date with industry regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections.
• Travel to Paoli, IN and surrounding counties as required.
