Job summary

NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an experienced Mortgage Field Inspector to conduct inspections on residential properties to confirm occupancy status. This is a contractor position and the successful candidate will work independently to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Compensation ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, with flexibility to set your own schedule.

Qualifications

6 months in inspections field preferred.
U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder required.
Background check (Aspen Grove number) required.

Responsibilities

Conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status.
Use inspection software to document findings.
Capture photos of properties and deliver documents.
Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics.
Communicate with account manager professionally.
Stay up to date with industry regulations and guidelines.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections.
Travel to various properties in Indianapolis, IN and surrounding counties.
Possess a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation; pass background check.
