• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license.
• Board certification in your specialty.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of post-training clinical experience.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.

• Conduct independent medical evaluations and/or chart reviews per state regulations and MMRO standards.
• Review medical records and treatment histories to render objective conclusions.
• Produce well-structured medical reports with clear clinical reasoning.
