Job summary

Majestic Service Company is seeking experienced independent contractors to perform onsite property and liability loss control inspections. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in insurance inspections or related field and knowledge of ISO classifications, liability, property hazards, and square footage calculations.

You will contact policyholders, schedule inspections, take clear digital photos, write concise reports, and upload them to Majestic's portal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in insurance loss-control or inspection field.
• Knowledge of ISO construction classifications (1-6), general liability, property hazards, and square footage.
• Strong time-management and report-writing skills.
• Own PC with internet, digital camera, reliable vehicle, and cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Contact policyholders and schedule inspections; drive to sites.
• Complete onsite inspections with clear digital photos.
• Identify property and liability hazards.
• Write reports and upload photos via Majestic's portal.
• Adapt to varying client requirements.
