Job summary

Majestic Service Company is seeking hardworking individuals to conduct onsite property and liability loss control inspections. We value independent contractors with at least 3 years in the insurance inspection field or related experience.

Candidates should understand ISO classification (1-6), general liability, and property hazards, and be capable of calculating square footage. You will schedule visits, perform inspections, capture photos, and report findings through our online portal.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance loss control/inspection.
• Basic knowledge of commercial property and liability insurance.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to create your own schedule.
• Strong writing skills to summarize inspections into reports.
• Need a PC with high-speed internet, digital camera, reliable vehicle, cell phone and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Contact policyholder and schedule inspections; drive to inspection site.
• Complete onsite inspections with clear digital photos.
• Identify property and liability hazards.
• Write reports, complete forms, and upload photos through Majestic's online portal.
• Familiarize yourself with varying client requirements.
