Job summary

Open Sky Community Services seeks a Residential Counselor to support individuals in achieving greater independence and quality of life within residential and community settings.

You will assist with daily living activities, skill-building, and goal attainment while promoting safe, welcoming environments and community participation. A valid driver’s license is required; the position offers competitive pay and generous benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered service and support plans and implement them.
• Provide support with daily living activities, skill development, and personal goal achievement.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and community resources.
• Implement activities that promote community inclusion, relationship building, and meaningful social roles.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for individuals served.
• Review, complete, and maintain required documentation accurately and timely.
