Open Sky Community Services is seeking a Residential Counselor to support individuals in achieving greater independence within residential and community settings. You will help with daily living activities, community participation, and personal goal attainment while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

The role emphasizes advocacy, inclusion, and building meaningful relationships. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered service and support plans and implement them.
• Provide support with daily living activities, skill development, and personal goal achievement.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and community resources as needed.
• Implement activities that promote community inclusion, relationships, and personal growth.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment; promote health and well-being.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation accurately and timely.
