Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in developing independence in daily living activities (home care, meals, personal care).
• Document important observations to help customize supports for each person.
• Collaborate with team to deliver consistent, high-quality support—even in one-on-one scenarios.
• Engage with the community to create opportunities and advocate for participants.
