Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, person-centered supervision in home and community settings.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, meal prep, and light housekeeping.
• Supervise medication administration when needed and facilitate appointments.
• Document observations and progress notes per DDS, Regional Center, and agency standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care planning.
