Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with families and stakeholders.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• High standards of ethics, punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• As a Personal Attendant: supervise at home and in the community, assist with ADLs, light housekeeping, meals, and transport.
• Record daily logs and progress notes; report changes to supervisor.
• As a Skills Instructor: teach independent living skills, scheduling, budgeting, and community participation.
• Support health, safety, and wellness; reinforce self-advocacy and personal goals.
