Job summary

Open Sky Community Services seeks a Residential Counselor to support individuals in residential and community-based settings, helping with daily living, skills development, and community participation.

You will advocate for people served, promote self-determination, and help build meaningful relationships while ensuring safety and well-being. A driver’s license and reliable transportation access are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered service plans and help implement them.
• Provide support with daily living activities and community participation.
• Support access to transportation and community resources as needed.
• Facilitate activities that promote community inclusion and meaningful relationships.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment and document accurately.
