Open Sky Community Services is looking for Residential Counselors who empower individuals to achieve independence and improve their quality of life. This role includes providing direct care, guidance, and skill-building support within residential and community settings.

Residential Counselors will assist with daily activities and promote community engagement. The position includes excellent supervision, generous paid time off, and various benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered service and support plans.
• Provide support with daily living activities and personal goal achievement.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and community resources.
• Implement activities that promote community inclusion and personal growth.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation accurately.
