ADP, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Professional to support consumers in daily living in Evansville, Indiana.

Under supervision, you will guide individuals toward self-direction and dignity while assisting with personal care and household tasks. The role includes medication assistance, transportation support, documentation, and collaboration with the Field Coordinator to implement Personal Support/Habilitation Plans.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED and be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid social security number or have work permit documentation.
• Must pass Criminal Record Check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and show proof of liability auto insurance (if applicable).

Aufgaben

• Provide physical assistance to individuals as needed.
• Assist with daily living activities such as ambulation, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Administer medications and ensure proper labeling and accountability.
• Document incidents and daily reports; communicate with Field Coordinator regularly.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and proper transportation as required.
