• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered service plans and implement them.
• Provide support with daily living activities, skill development, and personal goal achievement.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and community resources as needed.
• Implement activities that promote community inclusion, relationship building, and valued social roles.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment and document records accurately.
