Job summary

COR Enterprises seeks a Supported Living Specialist to work with adults with disabilities, helping them thrive in daily life and in the community. You will build relationships, support independence, and tailor personal plans to each client’s goals.

Typical duties include assisting with daily living skills, shopping, and community outings, while mileage is reimbursed. The role requires a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, with on-call and daytime hours in Billings, MT.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Experience in human services or working with people with disabilities preferred.
• Caring, upbeat attitude and a true desire to help others.
• Comfortable being out in the community and using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to adults with disabilities to help them thrive.
• Assist with daily living skills such as meal prep, money management, and personal care.
• Support clients with shopping, household tasks, and hygiene routines.
• Transport clients to community activities and develop personal support plans.
