Job summary

InAlliance is seeking an Independent Living Facilitator (ILF) in Lincoln, CA to support adults with developmental disabilities in living independently. You will assist with daily activities, health monitoring, meals, transport, and community involvement, following individualized plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in a support or caregiving role as a guideline for applying.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• AA degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor health and well-being including medication administration and medical appointments.
• Help with meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry, and assist with budgeting.
• Provide transportation to appointments and community activities.
• Maintain records including daily notes and financial logs.
• Implement individualized support plans and behavioral interventions.
• Participate in training sessions to maintain and enhance skills.
• Maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
