Job summary

InAlliance is seeking an Independent Living Facilitator to support adults with developmental disabilities in Yuba City, CA. You will assist with daily living tasks, transportation, meal prep, and community involvement, following individualized plans.

The position offers opportunities for growth, company benefits, and a supportive team environment. Must have High School Diploma and be capable of CPR/First Aid; driver license and auto insurance required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or required within 30 days of hire.
• California driver license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor health and well-being, including medication administration and medical appointments.
• Help with meal preparation, grocery shopping, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Assist with budgeting and paying bills.
• Encourage participation in community activities and transport to appointments as needed.
• Implement individualized support plans and maintain accurate records.
