Job summary
InAlliance is seeking an Independent Living Facilitator (ILF) in Davis, CA to provide support, care, and companionship to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them live as independently as possible. You will assist with daily living tasks, health monitoring, medication support, transportation, budgeting, and community activities, while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: Previous experience in a support or caregiving role.
- Education: AA Degree in a related field
- Education: CPR/First Aid Certification
- Experience: Previous experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
- Monitor health, including medication administration and appointments.
- Help with meal prep, shopping, housekeeping, and laundry.
- Assist with budgeting and paying bills.
- Encourage participation in community activities and events.
- Provide transportation to appointments and outings.
- Implement individualized support plans and behavioral strategies.
- Maintain records including daily notes and logs.
- Must maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
