The F/ACT Independent Living Specialists work with SMI clients in their homes or in the field to develop independent living skills. Independent living skills include, but are not limited to, food shopping, learning bus routes, cleaning home, proper hygiene, maintaining relationships with supportive family and developing community‑based supports. This position is expected to be in the field at least 80% of the time working with clients assisting them develop skills that will assist in sustaining ongoing recovery. This position will also provide after hour, and on‑call supports.
