Job summary
Community Bridges is seeking an Employment Specialist in Arizona to provide rehabilitation services and employment-related support within a treatment team framework.
You will perform vocational evaluations, job readiness training, and skills-building to address patients’ employment needs while coordinating with clinical staff for integrated care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in behavioral health or medical field preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health or medical field.
- Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
- Valid Arizona driver's license in good standing.
- Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.
- BHT in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI policies.
- Peer Certification (if applicable).
- Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Responsibilities
- Provide vocational evaluation and assessment.
- Deliver job readiness training and skills-building.
- Arrange job placement referrals for patients in conjunction with the treatment team.

An Employment Specialist is an individual who has one year of experience providing rehabilitation services and employment-related support. Employment Specialist provides work related services, including vocational evaluation and assessment, job readiness training, skills building, and job placement referrals. This position assists in addressing all of the employment concerns and needs of the patient in conjunction with the established treatment team.
- High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in behavioral health or medical field preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in either the behavioral health or medical field required.
- Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
- Current AZ Driver's License (valid and in good standing)
- Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record
- Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures
- Peer Certification (if applicable)
- Fingerprint Clearance Card
