An Employment Specialist is an individual who has one year of experience providing rehabilitation services and employment‑related support. Employment Specialist provides work related services, including vocational evaluation and assessment, job readiness training, skills building, and job placement referrals. This position assists in addressing all of the employment concerns and needs of the patient in conjunction with the established treatment team.
