Thrive Support Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time ILS Instructor in Richmond, CA. You will work one-on-one with individuals with developmental disabilities to build independent living skills and community participation, in a motivating, professional setting.

Caseload is about 3–6 clients, with training provided. A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and mileage reimbursement are part of the role, and a $600 hiring bonus is offered along with comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• Desire to help others.
• Access to a reliable vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Auto insurance (100k/300k).
• Pass a DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance.

Responsabilités

• Caseload of around 3–6 clients across Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.
• Plan and participate in at least one community outing per month with each client.
• Drive clients to appointments and errands; mileage is reimbursed.
• Provide training and support in money management, housing, transportation, and daily living skills.
