Thrive Support Services seeks an ILS Instructor to work full-time in Richmond, CA. You will work one-on-one with clients to empower independence, teaching money management, housing, transportation, and community participation.

No experience required—we provide training and you will support clients across Alameda and Contra Costa Counties with a caseload of 3–6. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are needed, with mileage reimbursed.

Qualifications

• A desire to help others.
• Access to a reliable vehicle.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Auto Insurance (100k/300k bodily injury liability).
• Pass a DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of about 3–6 clients across Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.
• Teach independent living skills in a motivating, personalized setting.
• Plan and participate in at least one community outing per month with each client.
