Job summary

Families & Youth Innovations Plus (FYI+) is seeking an Independently Licensed Outpatient Therapist to deliver trauma-informed therapy to individuals across age groups. The role balances general clinical practice with opportunities to deepen clinician expertise within a CCBHC framework.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field and an active NM independent license. The clinic supports ongoing education, flexible scheduling, and loan-repayment program eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Current Independent New Mexico State License (LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW) in good standing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
• Ability to work 40 hours weekly.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develops collaborative treatment plans.
• Maintains written accurate and up-to-date clinical records and prepares written reports.
• Provides therapy in alignment with identified goals using evidence-based, trauma-responsive approaches.
• Partners with multidisciplinary teams across the agency to coordinate holistic client care.
