Zusammenfassung

The Center for Research & Health Equity (CRHE) seeks Licensed Clinicians to provide outpatient behavioral health services to adults across OP, IOP, and PHP levels. You will assess, diagnose, plan, and implement evidence-based therapy, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team in a flexible contract arrangement.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in a relevant field, DE licensure (LPCMH/LCSW/LMFT), and have experience with tele-behavioral health and EHR systems. Dual licensure preferred and U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a related behavioral health field.
• Current unrestricted professional licensure in DE as LPCMH, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Eligibility for credentialing with commercial insurance carriers.
• Experience providing behavioral health treatment to adults.

Aufgaben

• Deliver comprehensive behavioral healthcare to adults across OP/IOP/PHP.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and DSM-5-TR diagnoses.
• Develop and review treatment plans and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document notes, risk assessments, and care coordination.
