Job summary

STXZ Lacrosse is seeking independent lacrosse coaches in Branford, CT. We provide clients and handle admin; you run the sessions on a flexible schedule. Coaches must be 18+, have lacrosse experience, and be willing to background-check and transport to sessions.

Pay is per session, $35–$50 for a one-hour session, with payout within 24–48 hours after submitting a lesson briefing. No minimum lesson requirement.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• 18 years or older.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check, arranged by STXZ.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.
• Own stick and basic training equipment.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and decide whether to accept.
• Schedule sessions with clients at their home, a local field, or park.
• Conduct the coaching sessions with professional judgment.
• Submit a brief lesson recap on the platform after each session.
• Receive payment via PayPal within the platform timeline.
