Job summary

STXZ Lacrosse in Chapel Hill is seeking independent coaches to cover private lacrosse lessons on a flexible schedule. STXZ sends you clients; you run the sessions and decide when and where to coach, within bounds you set.

You control your availability, lesson plans, and travel radius, and you submit a brief after each session. Coaches are independent contractors and receive 1099-NEC if earnings meet threshold.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Willing to pass a third-party background check.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.
• Own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment.
• Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team.
• Professional and confident when coaching independently.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and accept sessions on your schedule.
• Conduct private lacrosse lessons at the agreed location.
• Submit a quick lesson briefing on the STXZ platform after each session.
• Coordinate with families on location, timing, and drills.
• Maintain professional standards and safety during sessions.
