Job summary

STXZ Lacrosse in West Chester, PA is looking for independent lacrosse coaches to service client requests on a flexible schedule. We provide clients; you conduct sessions at client homes or local locations.

You’ll review offers, set schedules, and be paid per completed session with payouts within 24–48 hours. Coaches operate as independent contractors and control their own methods and travel radius.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• 18 or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check arranged by STXZ.
• Reliable transportation to training locations in your area.
• Your own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment.
• Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team.
• Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver private lacrosse sessions to clients on flexible schedules.
• Review and adapt drills and sessions based on client needs.
• Coordinate session locations with clients and STXZ.
