STXZ Lacrosse is seeking independent lacrosse coaches in the Del Mar area. The platform provides clients and handles administration; coaches run sessions on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include reviewing offers, coordinating with clients, and delivering sessions at preferred locations. Compensation ranges from $35 to $50 per one-hour session with payout within 24–48 hours via PayPal.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth/high school/club/college level.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Willing to complete a background check arranged by STXZ
• Own stick and basic training equipment: cones, balls, training aids
• Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
• Independent coaching on a flexible schedule with no quotas

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and decide whether to take them.
• Contact the client within 24 hours of accepting.
• Coaching sessions at client's home, a local field, or park.
• Submit a lesson briefing after each session.
• Get paid per completed session.
