Job summary

STXZ Lacrosse invites independent lacrosse coaches to serve private lesson clients in the Columbus area. You will manage your schedule, choose session locations, and coach on a flexible basis with pay per completed session.

We provide client leads, handle booking details, and remit payment within 24–48 hours. Coaches set their own rates ($35–$50 per hour) and maintain control of lesson structure and territory.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• Excellent communication with players and parents.
• Comfortable working independently with families and youth athletes.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and accept/decline as you wish.
• Conduct private lacrosse lessons at agreed locations.
• Submit a brief lesson recap after each session.
